New clean room facility

Completion of a new purpose built cleanroom facility for cleaning and packaging of medical devices. Fruition provided the design and project managed the build which was completed in 2 weeks with minimal impact to the existing manufacturing. This project demonstrates how under utilized space can be transformed providing additional manufacturing facilities, and to a fixed budget.
The next stage of the project has now been completed which is the installation of a water treatment system providing purified water and a packaging line. The final phase will be installation and validation of a aqueous/passivation cleaning line.
